Now working as the Admin and Marketing Assistant, Chelsea plays an integral role behind the scenes, supporting the team with day-to-day operations while helping showcase properties and strengthen the agency's presence within the local community. Her organised approach, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond ensure every task is completed with professionalism and care.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Business at Deakin University, majoring in People Management, Chelsea is developing a strong understanding of leadership, communication, and the importance of putting people first.
